All meals are freshly prepared by our head chef, cooked and then chilled or frozen as per the customer's requirements. the meal may be reheated in the plastic container in a microwave, or may be decanted into an ovenproof dish or pan for oven or pan reheating. Please ensure your meal is fully reheated, and stirred if required, before consuming.
