The 'VIP ready meals' are prepared using as much fresh local Almeria produce as possible; in a custom-built professional kitchen which complies fully with European Health & Hygiene regulations. Our vegetarian meals (V) are prepared strictly to vegetarian requirements. We cannot guarantee,however,that the oils etc. used in our cooking have no traces of nuts, and advise those with nut allergies to take the usual precautions. If you have other specific dietary restrictions, please enquire as to which of our meals may be suitable for you.

'VIP Ready Meals' are prepared to order, so please allow 48 hours from order to delivery to avoid disappointment. We are not a 'fast-food' takeaway service, we supply delicious meals locally for refrigeration or freezing for your convenience. We also have a wholesale distribution supplying local cafe-bars, as well as our FINE DINING Catered Gourmet Meals in your own home, and in order to ensure we never compromise on quality, we remain a small caring business, of necessity, limiting quantity output. We may be able to fill a small or single dish (ie. 20 portions of lasagne) order within 24 hours, but if we are very busy, may have to insist on 48 hour delivery...

Our highly trained head chef will discuss your menu requirements with you, suggest a gourmet quality menu and prepare it for you in your own home - from a romantic meal for two as a special surprise, to a dinner party for up to 10 people.  (He's even managed this in a mobile caravan as a charity challenge, so do not worry if you have only a tiny kitchen!)

We provide crockery and cutlery for up to 10 people. You provide drinks glasses, and if you wish cheese and biscuits and after dinner coffee, you provide the crockery. We take away our kitchen utensils, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery to leave you finish your meal in peace.

We can also cater buffets and barbeques, please enquire.
